Maybe facebook and social media have promoted privacy issues. In Latin America some people use it to know where you are, what are you doing or how much money do you have in order to rob or kidnap you, but despite that danger Latin American people every day joint to Facebook . I believe that the main reason it is because people don’t feel that facebook or social are the bad guys in this movie and they are trying to solve this problem giving more options to share your information with everybody. In my opinion we will have social media or facebook for a long long long time.
ReplyDeleteFaithful Facebook users will not quit face book because it gives us TOO much information of other people aka privacy issues that affect others. Facebook gives the public the 411 of the current situation of individuals that we want to know more about. Consequently, it is not the privacy issues that will eventually slow down facebooks growth cause in reality is what keeps us coming back for more. Now as I talked about in one of my blogs the charging of a fee to use facebook could possibly kill it.
